Afton Oaks is a nice quiet apartment complex. I have no complaints at all. My neighbors are very friendly. The staff is very helpful and react promptly. This is a great place to live.

It is a nice place to live. The complex is clean and quite. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment. It is nice and plenty of room for a 1 bedroom. As a single woman living alone, I feel safe. The rent is reasonable. The location has easy access to a lot of shopping.

Afton Oaks in Baton rouge has some of the best staff around. They are friendly and they know their stuff too. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly by knowledgeable staff as well. The apts are nice, clean, and roomy. I have lived here over a year and I have not had one single negative issue. I would recommend Afton Oaks to everyone.

To me it feels like a vacation. The surroundings are quiet, the landscape is beautiful and everyday is a pleasure to live here. The construction of the apartments are unique and you can not hear your neighbors next to you.

When you get shown an apartment, you end up with one that looks like the show model. there aren't any surprises at the last minute, except that it's really nice.the maintenance people are really nice and very friendly, the office staff is a delight to work with. The grounds are kept in pristine condition and the community is awesome. I would recommend living here to all my friends!

To come see for themselves because they wouldn't believe me. The grounds are kept neatly, the pool is always clean, the atmosphere is very relaxing, plenty of lighting, friendly staff, fast maintenance and reasonable rent.

I just moved in to a spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment. It is in a very good part of town and is very secure. Parking is amazing there is always a spot right in front of my apartment. People and management are very nice and helpful.

I have been here about 3 years now. I love that is very quiet and the property is maintained very well. Staff is friendly. Response time to repairs are done quickly. It is a very nice, clean environment for affordable rates. New management starting off was somewhat of an disaster. They made some errors. Seems now they have gotten things together. My only hope now, is after being with them so long, they would come in and update my apartment. I would like a light fixture in livingroom considering their is no lighting or maybe fresh paint. Guess that is something I should check on.

Mikeala came by and unfroze my refridgerator and I no longer have to mop everyday. The asst mgr. came to cahnge my filters and noticed the water. She was polite and had it repaired the next day. Mikeala was mannerable and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure. I have one problem, I don't know how to put my burners back on my stove and I could use some help. I cook once every 6 mos., but the burners should work if anyone wants to cook something. Thank you Vicki
